Have a great weekend! It’s the Not Since Moses run on Sunday so I did my long run today (29 km) in the pouring rain at 5:00am. It was actually really lovely. Here are the happy camper from last weekend’s Keji adventure.

Have a great weekend! As Aimee said, “We’re making memories” and heading out for a multi-family camping trip at Kejimkujik National Park. Fingers crossed the ticks are out of town and the rain stays away.
