Easing into a Gentle January and trying hard to just ride the wave this year. Hah.
I checked a bucket list travel item off my life list! Over the holidays, we visited Italy and Switzerland, and I took a photo of the Matterhorn with a Toblerone Bar.
Still running – training for a spring Marathon has started, but I’m keeping the pressure low and haven’t actually signed up for a Spring marathon. I am, however, heading back to the Chicago Marathon in the fall!
January brings 30 Days of Yoga with Adrienne (and Benji). I love this year’s theme, Center.
This People ruin everything list speaks to me. Craft fairs. Now they’re crowded with dozens of MLMs. I just want to find knitted slippers made by an old lady who clearly has a drinking problem, not more Norwex.
I can’t possibly tell you my favourite podcasts because I listen to so many, but I will say that podcasting and walking Miles or walking with friends is my new favourite activity… besides running with friends.
Have you watched Everything, Everywhere All At Once? It wasn’t on my favourite list this year, but this was my favourite speech. I grew up watching Ke Huy Quan and can recite every line of his from Indian Jones and The Goonies. I am so excited for him!
