Say goodbye to 2020 and hello to a new year with a Hello Twenty Twenty-One desktop calendar.

This year I am donating $5.00 from the sale of every desktop calendar to the national organization: Shelter Movers. 

Shelter Movers is a national, volunteer-powered charitable organization providing moving and storage services at no cost to women and children fleeing abuse. As the only service of its kind in Canada, Shelter Movers helps survivors of gender-based violence transition to a better, safer life.

Thanks to friends and family support, I have made donations to Hope For Wildlife, Feed Nova Scotia, Welcome Housing and Support Services, and the Canadian Association For Williams Syndrom. You all rock!

A calendar cost is $12.00 ($10.00 if you don’t want a case).

If you are interested in one (or more!), please send a private request and payment to meghanrushton@icloud.com before December 1 (be sure to let me know if you want a case). When the calendars are ready, I will contact you and make arrangements for pickup. *Non-local shipping costs are additional.* 

Everyone near and far will receive their calendar by December 20.

Shelter Movers collaborates with local businesses and community services (e.g. shelters, police, schools, services) who refer clients that have decided to leave an abuser, and have a safer place to go. Shelter Movers makes all the arrangements to move and store survivors’ belongings securely, on the clients’ terms. We empower survivors as they transition to a life free of violence.
