Merry Movie Award Season!

The good ones are rolling out and I’m starting to panic. Every Oscar-Morning-After I say “next year I’ll go to way more movies” rather than begging my sister for illegal downloads and cramming them all in once nominations are announced, but it never happens… Guys, it’s a struggle.

However, the bigger internal struggle I have is The Movie poster. As much as I love a good film, great acting and Hollywood gossip, can we please discuss this serious problem with the movie industry.

Who designs these? I have a bone to pick:

Why are the names of the actors not placed above them in the photograph? I hate it so much. I am sure there is a reason, but as a designer, it’s THE WORST.
