Me “Going to the theatre is like going to a movie but the actors are right there in front of us, dressed in costumes”

David “So it’s like going to a hockey game?”

Me “Um, yes”

David “Will there be nuts? And will they be cracked?”

Looking forward to a family-night-out! The Nutcracker has been on my Christmas “to-do” list for many years so I am festively pumped. We may not pick apples every autumn and we may get our Christmas tree from an urban tree lot rather than a cut-it-yourself farm and I may have no clue about “Elf on the Shelf” but this is something I could get into. xomeg
